Here at The Catering Collaborative We
pride ourselves on the fact that no two Wedding Cakes are
alike. Each cake is created through a consultation between
our staff and the bride. Selecting from the range of fillings
and flavors we offer, we are able to create a Wedding Cake
that will fulfill the brides’ expectations.
We encourage the use
of fresh flowers In the decoration of your cake. We
will be happy to contact your florist to coordinate the Wedding
Cake flowers with that of the centerpiece and bouquets. It
is our goal to create a cake that integrates both our vision
and that of the brides, resulting in an edible wonder that
completes the perfect day.
Styles available
All styles are designed using our housemade, traditional fresh
creamery buttercream in an antique color. If a pure white
finish is your choice, the covering will be American white
(not buttercream)

Mocha Praline: Chocolate sponge
cake soaked with sweet cinnamon hazelnut espresso layered
with chocolate ganache, coffee cream and crushed hazelnuts
Tropical Carrot:
A moist spice cake chock full of carrots and sweet pineapple
layered with sweet cream cheese
Double Chocolate Raspberry:
Chocolate sponge cake layered with chocolate ganache
and raspberry filling
Lemon & Raspberry:
Yellow sponge cake layered with lemon curd and raspberry filling
Traditional: Yellow
sponge cake layered with fresh creamery buttercream
