Seated Meal

Combining your menu decisions with your location is key to setting the tone of your event when planning a seated meal. Menus can be as traditional or as eclectic as you desire. Creativity is welcome! Entice your guests with a creamy lobster bisque, followed by an artichoke and gorgonzola stuffed breast of chicken. A plate of mixed baby greens is a nice finishing course to be followed by dessert and coffee. Although a sit-down dinner is the most traditional option, the meal can include an exciting array of foods that are beautifully garnished and become the starting point of conversation for guests as they await the next course. It is a wonderful way of allowing your guests to sit back and relax for a while, before the party and dancing get underway.
