Hors d'oeuvres

Hors d’oeuvres are an important factor in planning your menu since it is the first thing your guests will be sampling as they arrive at your event. We find that the guests always come to a wedding event completely famished and our recommendation is to offer a variety of passed hors d’oeuvre selections as well as a stationary hors d’oeuvre selection. The stationary selection is an offering that your guests can help themselves to as soon as they arrive in hopes of alleviating their hunger pains quickly.
