in May, 1993, at 729
Hope Cafe on Providence's Historic East Side, by
a team of talented and hard-working culinary professionals.
The storefront café soon became a busy hub where patrons could
enjoy a quick lunch or grab a cup of coffee to go; while behind
the scenes, some of the Providence area's most reputable catering
professionals put together full-service events of all sizes.
The company continues to grow under the guidance and hard work
of owner/operators Carol Connolly
and Rick Wilson. Both Carol and
Rick have been with the company since its inception, and they
are committed to maintaining the level of service and attention
to detail for which the company and its staff
are known.
